Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Email Marketing Trainee to join our team. In this role, you’ll learn how to plan, execute, and optimize outbound and inbound email campaigns. You’ll gain hands-on experience with lead generation, email automation tools, and performance analytics while contributing to live client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and sending email campaigns.
• Build and maintain email lists with proper segmentation.
• Learn to set up and manage workflows in email automation tools.
• Support A/B testing of subject lines, content, and CTAs.
• Track and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions).
• Conduct research to improve targeting and personalization.
• Ensure emails follow best practices in deliverability, compliance, and design.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate / pursuing degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (email, social).
• Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Smartleads is a plus (not mandatory).
• Attention to detail, creativity, and eagerness to learn.

Work Structure

• Hybrid model: 4 days in office (Monday to Thursday) and 1 day remote/holiday (Friday).
• Office hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
