Email Marketing Lead Generation Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Email Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in email campaigns, lead generation, and contact list management. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of email marketing strategies and tools, and be able to create engaging campaigns that convert leads into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns for lead generation and customer engagement

Build and manage targeted email lists for outreach, focusing on the IT Services, software, and mobile/web app industries

Create compelling and personalized email templates that drive opens, clicks, and responses

Source relevant leads and email addresses using tools, research, and data scraping techniques

Ensure accurate segmentation and tracking of email performance

Deliver a minimum of 100 verified email contacts of relevant prospects as part of outreach efforts

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in email marketing, specifically in B2B or tech-related fields

Proven experience in lead generation and email list building

Proficiency in tools/platforms for email outreach and contact sourcing

Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, conversion-focused email content

Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Nice to Have:

Experience working in IT services or digital product-based companies

Familiarity with CRM tools and email automation platforms
