As an Email Marketing Intern, you will assist in planning and executing mass email campaigns targeted at onboarding new clients and engaging existing ones. You will work closely with our team to identify target industries, manage client databases, and optimize email communication to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Industry-Wise Mass Mailing: Assist in executing bulk email campaigns segmented by industry (e.g., IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare) to promote our recruitment services. Email List Building & Management: Create and maintain databases of potential and existing clients categorized by industry, company size, and decision-maker roles. Client Prospecting & Research: Conduct research to identify and gather contact details of HR professionals, Talent Acquisition Managers, and other decision-makers from targeted companies. Campaign Follow-Up: Monitor campaign performance and follow up with responses and inquiries generated from email marketing efforts. Inbox Handling: Manage email responses professionally and ensure timely communication with interested prospects and clients. Team Coordination: Collaborate with the business development team to align campaigns with current recruitment goals and client acquisition strategies. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 3 to 6 month of internship experience needed. Strong interest in email marketing, B2B outreach, and the recruitment industry. Familiarity with email marketing platforms . Good communication skills. Proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets for data management. Ability to conduct targeted online research using LinkedIn and other tools.
