Key Responsibilities : 1. Plan & Execute Digital PR Campaigns Develop creative PR strategies to support brand awareness, new service launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Align campaigns with brand objectives and target audience preferences in the beauty and wellness space. 2. Influencer & Blogger Collaborations Identify, connect, and negotiate with relevant beauty influencers , YouTubers , and lifestyle bloggers for product trials, salon experiences, and content collaborations. Coordinate influencer visits, content deliverables, and track performance of partnerships. 3. Media Outreach & Online Publications Pitch story ideas, interviews, and expert articles to digital magazines, beauty portals, and lifestyle websites. Build and maintain strong relationships with beauty editors , journalists , and media houses for consistent online coverage. 4. Content Creation & Distribution Draft compelling press releases , media invites, blog articles, and digital PR pitches. Work with content and design teams to create PR kits , brand stories, and event-related communication material. 5. Brand Reputation & Monitoring Actively monitor brand mentions, reviews, and public sentiment across platforms (Google, Instagram, blogs, YouTube, etc.). Address negative feedback tactfully and maintain the brand's online reputation. 6. Campaign Reporting & Analytics Track key PR metrics like earned media value, backlinks, referral traffic, engagement, and reach . Share monthly reports and campaign insights with senior marketing or leadership teams to improve future strategy. 7. Event & Launch PR Support Support the team during new salon openings, beauty events, product/service launches, and influencer meetups. Ensure online buzz before, during, and after the event through live coverage and follow-up media placements. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in digital PR or a related field (advertising agency background preferred). Proven track record of success in building brands' reputations through innovative PR strategies. Excellent creativity skills with ability to think outside the box when developing campaign ideas. Basic knowledge of SEO principles applied to digital PR efforts.
