This is a full-time remote position for a commercially-minded and strategic Email Marketing Executive at VarenyaZ. This role is critical to our revenue growth, focusing on developing and executing sophisticated email campaigns to attract, nurture, and convert prospective clients for our market research reports. As our Email Marketing Executive, you will own be transforming our content and insights into a powerful engine for generating high-quality sales leads.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end B2B email marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified leads for our sales team.
  • Build and enrich targeted B2B contact lists through strategic online research and data-sourcing techniques, segmenting them by industry, job function, and company size.
  • Design and manage automated lead nurturing workflows to guide prospects through the sales funnel, from initial awareness to sales-readiness.
  • Promote premium content such as market research reports, whitepapers, webinars, and case studies to our target audience of business leaders.
  • Write compelling, high-conversion copy tailored for a professional B2B audience.
  • Design and implement rigorous A/B tests on subject lines, content, and CTAs to optimize for lead quality and conversion.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, focusing on lead generation metrics, MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads), and contribution to the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, content, and research teams to create cohesive lead generation strategies.


Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a B2B email marketing or lead generation role.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating successful B2B lead generation or nurturing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to analyse campaign data and translate it into actionable insights that drive results.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience marketing and selling high-value intangible products, such as research reports, data, or B2B consulting services is a significant advantage.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B marketing and sales funnel, including lead scoring.
  • Experience with CRM software and its integration with marketing automation platforms.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly and concisely.
  • A highly analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a target-driven remote environment.
