💰 Salary: ₹25,000 per month (In-hand)

CollegeChalo is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to manage our student communication, campaigns, and engagement workflows. If you have hands-on experience in email tools and campaign execution, we’d love to meet you.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns

Manage student databases and segmentation for targeted campaigns

Write clear, compelling email content (copy + subject lines)

Set up automation flows, drip campaigns, reminders, and follow-ups

Track email performance (opens, clicks, conversions, spam score)

Improve deliverability and optimize for higher engagement

Coordinate with counselors and marketing teams for requirements

Maintain campaign reports and daily performance logs

🎯 Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Email Marketing

Hands-on experience with tools like SendGrid, Mailchimp, SMTP tools, Sendinblue, etc.

Basic understanding of HTML email templates (bonus, not mandatory)

Ability to analyze campaign performance & identify improvements

Strong communication and coordination skills

Detail-oriented, responsible, and deadline-focused

Experience in education industry is a plus
