We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Email Handling Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer emails, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to customer emails in a timely manner
  • Ensure accurate and effective communication with clients via email
  • Organize and prioritize incoming emails based on urgency and importance
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary
  • Collaborate with team members to improve email handling processes
  • Assist in the development of email templates and automated responses
