Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Email Engineer with 3 to 7 years of experience in email systems, including SMTP, POP, DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and RBL. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of advanced email features and experience with deployment and structure management tools.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, implement, and manage email systems and infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex email-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless email operations.
Develop and maintain documentation of email systems and processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for email security and delivery.
Analyze and optimize email performance metrics to improve efficiency.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of email protocols and technologies, including SMTP, POP, DNS, and SPAM.
Experience with cloud-first monitoring, logging, and alerting infrastructure.
Knowledge of advanced email features, such as threading, prioritization, and filtering.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
