Email Channel Lead

As a Project Manager, your role involves ensuring timely delivery of projects with high quality. You will analyze project requests and provide advice on marketing initiatives. Working closely with Project/Account Management teams, you will strive to exceed quality benchmarks. Your responsibilities will also include onboarding new services, conducting training workshops, and managing end-to-end project management by liaising between the PM/AM layer and the execution team. It is important to ensure seamless service delivery and consistently meet key metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the delivery of 1:1 and 1 to many Emails, Fragments, Modules, Responsive Templates. - Establish strong client relationships, manage change requests, and track team activities. - Drive design, development, and deployment of standardized metrics and dashboards. - Monitor project baseline and actively participate in Agile ceremonies. - Identify productivity improvements and provide guidance to the team in technical and domain aspects. - Publish status reports, identify gaps, and develop action plans. - Proactively identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans. - Generate and execute onboarding, training, and skill-building plans for new team members. - Assist in hiring, motivate, and mentor team members. - Handle appraisals, retention processes, and define the code review process. Qualifications Required: - Strong project management skills with a focus on quality and timeliness. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to establish client relationships and manage team activities effectively. - Proven experience in driving design, development, and deployment of metrics and dashboards. - Ability to identify risks, issues, and productivity improvements while guiding the team. - Experience in onboarding, training, and mentoring new team members. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
