Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Acquire and manage a portfolio of
HNI / Elite banking customers
.
Build strong client relationships through regular interactions and understanding financial needs.
Provide expert guidance on
banking, investment, insurance, and wealth management products
.
Drive
liability balance growth
through CASA, Term Deposits, and Investment Products.
Cross-sell a range of banking products including
Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, Demat, Loans, and Credit Cards
.
Ensure
high customer retention
through superior service and timely resolution of queries.
Achieve monthly and quarterly
business targets
for revenue and portfolio growth.
Ensure
compliance
with all bank policies and regulatory norms.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of customer transactions.

Preferred candidate profile:

Strong relationship management and networking skills
Excellent knowledge of banking and investment products
Sound understanding of financial planning and portfolio management
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and achieve results.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in
Liabilities, Priority, or Wealth Relationship Management
Candidates from
Banking, NBFC, or Wealth Management
backgrounds preferred
