Elite Relationship Manager

The Elite Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra HNI customers, driving CASA growth, deepening portfolio relationships, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring superior customer experience. The role includes end-to-end portfolio handling, wealth advisory, and maintaining long-term profitable customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new HNI clients and drive CASA business through relationship-based sourcing, referrals, and market intelligence.
  
• Manage the portfolio of existing HNI customers and ensure consistent engagement, retention, and wallet share enhancement.
  
• Understand customer banking and financial needs and recommend suitable retail and wealth banking products.
  
• Cross-sell third-party products such as insurance, mutual funds, investments, term deposits, and loans.
  
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction through personalized service and timely resolution of queries.
  
• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews, financial assessments, and client meetings.
  
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
  
• Achieve assigned business targets including CASA growth, revenue generation, and customer activation metrics.
