Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Acquire and manage a portfolio of high-value customers, ensuring strong relationships and long-term engagement.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions across banking products such as savings, investments, loans, and insurance.
Drive cross-selling of financial products to maximize wallet share and achieve assigned revenue targets.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and proactively address customer queries and service requirements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and risk management standards in all transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experience and resolve operational issues promptly.
Analyze customer profiles and market trends to identify new business opportunities and enhance portfolio profitability.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:
Graduation from any UGC-recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum 2 - 6 years in relationship management or sales within banking or financial services.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to build trust and manage client relationships.
Knowledge:
Good understanding of banking products, wealth management solutions, and regulatory norms. Familiarity with local market dynamics is an advantage.
