proactive and technically sound Electronics Sourcing & NPD Engineer

What You’ll Do:

• Source

  ICs, sensors, passives

  , and electromechanical components from

  global vendors

• Build & manage relationships with

  distributors, EMS, OEMs, and ODMs

• Evaluate and onboard the best

  PCBA partners

  across the globe
• Collaborate with R&D on

  design phase sourcing

  (EVT/DVT/PVT)
• Support

  prototype validation

  , component trade-offs, and ramp-up plans
• Ensure

  REACH, RoHS

  , and environmental compliance
• Manage component lifecycle using tools like

  Altium 365

  ,

  Silicon Expert

  , etc.

What You Bring:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics with

  2–4 years of sourcing/NPD experience

• OR
• Diploma in Electronics with

  5–7 years of hands-on experience

• Deep understanding of

  global component markets

  & PCBA processes
• Prior experience with

  EMS/ODM collaborations

• Strong skills in

  negotiation, cost evaluation

  , and

  supplier vetting

• Bonus if you speak

  BLE, Wi-Fi, or Cellular compatibility fluently

• Externally: EMS, ODMs, PCBA vendors, Global distributors
