Job Description

KAMAL SOLAR a brand of Velnet Non-Conventional Energy Systems Pvt Ltd. Main Responsibilities Solar Work Help install and connect solar panels, inverters, and wiring. Lay AC/DC cables safely and neatly. Support testing and commissioning of solar systems. Factory Work Maintain and repair factory electrical panels, wiring, and machines. Check and fix lights, sockets, switches, and motors. Help set up new machines and do basic troubleshooting. General Duties Follow safety rules and use PPE while working. Keep work area clean and report daily tasks. Work with the factory team and solar installation team. Travel when needed for solar site work. Requirements: Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or similar. Experience: 2 years. Skills: Basic wiring, control panel knowledge, use of tools and testers, safety awareness. Salary & Benefits: Fixed monthly salary (based on experience). Incentives for solar installations and maintenance work. Travel and accommodation provided for outstation work. Growth: Training on solar rooftop systems and maintenance. Chance to grow into Solar Technician / Site Supervisor role.
