Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrician / Maintenance Technician to handle all electrical maintenance and repair work at our manufacturing unit. The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing industrial electrical systems, machinery maintenance, and daily electrical requirements of the factory.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical panels, machines, and production equipment.
* Handle installation, wiring, and repair of electrical systems in the factory.
* Ensure smooth operation of all machinery and lighting systems.
* Monitor and maintain generator, compressor, and other electrical utilities.
* Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
* Identify and resolve electrical faults safely and efficiently.
* Coordinate with outside vendors or service engineers when required.
* Maintain a record of maintenance activities and daily reports.

Requirements:
* ITI / Diploma (Electrical / Polytechnic) is mandatory.
* 1–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
* Good knowledge of electrical panels, wiring, motors, and control systems.
* Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and circuits.
* Should be able to work independently and attend to urgent breakdowns.
* Basic knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
