We are a leading manufacturer of hotel guest amenities, serving premium hotels and distributors across India and abroad. To strengthen our business development efforts, we are seeking a motivated candidate to support sales and marketing operations. 1. Market Research & Data Collection Identify and collect data of hotels, distributors, and potential clients. Build and maintain a structured database of prospects. 2. Lead Generation & Cold Calling Generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, and online research. Reach out to decision-makers in hotels and distribution companies. Fix appointments/meetings for senior management. 3. Sales Support & Coordination Assist in follow-ups with prospects and existing clients. Share company profile, product catalogues, and samples with clients when required. Coordinate with internal teams for order and sample dispatch. 4. Reporting & Documentation Prepare and maintain daily activity and lead status reports. Submit reports directly to the Director on a daily/weekly basis. Keep records of all communications and client feedback. Key Skills Required: Strong communication & presentation skills (English & Hindi). Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email drafting. Confidence in cold calling and client interaction. Ability to work independently with a target-oriented approach. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
