Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Electrician with 5 years of experience in residential electrical works and facility maintenance. The role involves day-to-day upkeep of electrical systems in residential towers, common areas, and facility infrastructure. The candidate will ensure preventive maintenance, timely troubleshooting, and compliance with safety standards to support uninterrupted facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, panels, DBs, switches, lights, fans, and power circuits in residential units and common areas.
Perform routine inspections and execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure operational efficiency and reduce breakdowns.
Diagnose faults, resolve breakdowns, and replace defective components such as fuses, MCBs, switches, and wiring.
Attend residents’ complaints and facility maintenance requests promptly.
Ensure proper functioning of common area electrical systems including lifts, water pumps, DG sets, lighting, and security systems.
Monitor power supply, manage load distribution, and support energy-saving initiatives.
Assist external vendors during AMC servicing and specialized equipment maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance, complaints, and material consumption.
Adhere strictly to electrical safety standards, ensure proper use of PPE, and report potential hazards with corrective suggestions.

Requirements

Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical (mandatory).
Experience: 5–7 years in residential facility management, township/apartment services, or electrical maintenance.
Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of residential wiring, DBs, LT panels, and electrical safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
Familiarity with generators, UPS, water pumps, and lift connections.
