Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator located in puducherry & villupuram. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for managing HR functions, including benefits administration, HR management, and maintaining the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Day-to-day tasks include handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and supporting the overall HR strategies and initiatives of the company.
