Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator located in puducherry & villupuram. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for managing HR functions, including benefits administration, HR management, and maintaining the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Day-to-day tasks include handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and supporting the overall HR strategies and initiatives of the company. Qualifications Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Proficiency in Benefits Administration and HRIS Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work on-site in tamilnadu Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
