Job Summary: A Panel Wireman is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels and switchgear according to engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, attention to detail, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings. Assemble electrical control panels, junction boxes, and enclosures. Wire components such as relays, PLCs, circuit breakers, contactors, switches, and terminal blocks. Route and terminate cables neatly and according to wiring standards. Carry out point-to-point continuity checks and insulation resistance testing. Ensure all wiring is done in compliance with relevant electrical regulations and company standards. Assist in functional testing, fault-finding, and troubleshooting electrical issues. Maintain accurate documentation of completed work and modifications. Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure project deadlines and quality targets are met. Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Panel Wireman, Electrical Assembler, or similar role. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematic diagrams. Knowledge of electrical control systems and components. Competent in the use of hand tools, crimpers, and multimeters. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations . Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Relevant electrical qualification (ITI, Diploma) Working Conditions: Workshop or factory-based environment. May require occasional overtime to meet project deadlines. Use of PPE and adherence to site safety policies required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,835.96 - ₹35,000.00 per month Experience: Panel wiring: 4 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
