Electrician( Interior Industry)

Electrician Job Title: Electrician – Interior Projects, Location: Bhubaneswar, Department: Execution, Reports to: Site Supervisor / Project Manager. Company Name: Vizous Interio Pvt.Ltd.   Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems for residential and commercial interior projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams. Install electrical wiring, conduit, fittings, and fixtures for interior projects. Handle installation of lighting systems, power sockets, switches, fans, and other electrical components as per design. Test electrical systems for continuity, voltage, and performance using appropriate tools. Identify and repair electrical faults and malfunctions promptly. Ensure compliance with safety standards and local electrical codes. Collaborate with interior designers, carpenters, and other site teams for coordinated execution. Maintain proper documentation of electrical work and report progress to the site supervisor. Inspect and ensure all electrical installations are safe and functional before project handover. Educational Requirements: ITI/Diploma in Electrical or equivalent certification. Experience: Minimum 3 –5 years of experience as an Electrician, preferably in interior projects. Strong knowledge of wiring methods, load calculation, and electrical safety. Ability to work with various tools and testing equipment. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: Experience in modular kitchen and customized furniture electrical fittings. Knowledge of home automation and modern lighting systems. Good communication with the ability to influence clients and to close the work in time. Willingness to work on-site at multiple project locations.
