Electrician

We are looking for a technically strong Electrician with expertise in Electrical & Electronics, capable of handling ultrasonic welding machines, ultrasonic horns, PLC systems, and complete industrial electrical setups. The candidate should have hands-on experience in machine preparation, panel wiring, troubleshooting, and commissioning.

Technical Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, test, and commission ultrasonic welding machines
• Prepare, tune, and maintain ultrasonic horns, boosters, and transducers
• Perform installation and maintenance of PLC-based control systems
• PLC panel wiring, I/O wiring, sensor integration, and actuator connections
• Troubleshoot PLC, electrical, and electronic faults at component and system level
• Read and execute work based on electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, and panel layouts
• Handle VFDs, relays, contactors, SMPS, timers, sensors, and industrial power supplies
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and electrical systems
• Ensure proper earthing, insulation, and compliance with electrical safety standards
• Support machine trials, process validation, and site installation activities

Technical Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical wiring and electronics
• Hands-on experience with PLC systems (Siemens / Delta / Allen Bradley / Mitsubishi – preferred)
• Knowledge of ultrasonic frequency systems and horn tuning (preferred)
• Ability to use electrical testing instruments (Multimeter, Megger, Oscilloscope – advantage)
• Understanding of automation components and industrial safety norms

Qualification

• ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Experience

• 2-3 years of relevant industrial experience (Ultrasonic / Automation / Manufacturing preferred)

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work independently and handle breakdown situations
• Willingness to travel for installation or service support if required
• Good documentation and reporting skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
