Electrical/MEP Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all site activities related to electrical and MEP works.
• Monitor installation of electrical systems including wiring, panels, switchgear, lighting, earthing and other components.
• Oversee plumbing, HVAC, and fire-fighting system installations as per design and schedule.
• Read and interpret MEP drawings and ensure work is executed according to plans and specifications.
• Allocate tasks to technicians and helpers, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and electrical/mechanical regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and other site teams for seamless workflow.
• Inspect work quality and resolve any on-site issues or delays.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit to the Project Engineer/Manager.
• Assist in testing and commissioning of systems upon project completion.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering / MEP or equivalent
• 2–5 years of relevant site experience (MEP or electrical installation and supervision)
• Familiarity with MEP standards, codes, and safety practices
• Ability to read technical drawings and MEP layouts
• Strong problem-solving and team management skills
• Good communication and reporting abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drafting software (basic level)
• Familiarity with local electrical and plumbing codes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
