Job Description – Electrician Supervisor (2 Years Experience)

Position: Electrician Supervisor
Experience: 2 Years
Location: Peenya, Bangalore
Department: Electrical / Site Operations

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians at site.
• Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Monitor daily activities and ensure work is carried out safely and as per project standards.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations and report any faults or issues.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to meet project timelines.
• Assist in troubleshooting electrical faults and providing effective solutions.
• Manage electrical material inventory and ensure proper usage.
• Train and guide electricians and technicians on work practices and safety procedures.
• Ensure timely reporting of work progress and documentation as required.

✅ Key Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and industrial installations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Hands-on experience with installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Good understanding of electrical safety norms.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Leadership skills to supervise a team of electricians.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ Educational Qualification:

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

✅ Personal Attributes:

• Responsible and proactive attitude.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
