Electrical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and maintain all electrical systems, panels, motors, and machinery in the plant.
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns in production and utility equipment.
• Coordinate with production and mechanical teams for smooth plant operations.
• Manage and monitor DG sets, transformers, VFDs, compressors, and LT/HT panels.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, logbooks, and electrical reports.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory norms.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers for major repairs or upgrades.
• Train and supervise electricians and technicians for efficient task execution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 4–6 years in industrial or manufacturing electrical maintenance.
• Good knowledge of industrial electrical systems, control panels, and safety procedures.
• Hands-on experience in handling DG sets, motors, and electrical distribution systems.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work in a factory/shift environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
