Electrical Supervisor

As an Electrical Project Manager at our company, your role will involve supervising and managing the execution of electrical projects across various industrial sites in Kerala. You will be responsible for interpreting and executing work based on electrical drawings, layouts, and technical datasheets. Daily site operations, workforce management, and coordination with subcontractors and clients will be under your purview to ensure timely completion of works while maintaining safety and quality standards. Providing technical guidance to site teams and independently resolving site-related challenges will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Regular travel to project sites across Kerala will be required. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage electrical project execution across various industrial sites in Kerala. - Interpret and execute work based on electrical drawings, layouts, and technical datasheets. - Handle daily site operations, workforce management, and coordination with subcontractors and clients. - Ensure timely completion of works maintaining safety and quality standards. - Provide technical guidance to site teams and resolve site-related challenges independently. - Travel regularly to project sites across Kerala. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical project execution. - Any educational background is acceptable, but strong field knowledge is essential. - Proven ability to handle electrical projects independently from start to finish. - Good understanding of electrical drawings and technical specifications. - Must be willing to travel frequently to various project locations within Kerala.
