Electrical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities1. Electrical Systems & Troubleshooting Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical panels, wiring, and fixtures. Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions in lighting, power distribution, and motor control circuits. Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and local building codes. 2. HVAC Operations Monitor and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure optimal indoor climate and energy efficiency. Conduct filter changes, belt replacements, and coil cleanings. Assist in troubleshooting thermostat issues and refrigerant leaks. 3. Floor & Facility Maintenance Maintain and repair floor-related equipment (e.g., automated scrubbers, industrial polishers). Address general facility repairs, including minor plumbing or mechanical fixes as needed. Ensure the safety and cleanliness of electrical rooms and mechanical workshops. 4. Safety & Compliance Strictly adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures during all repairs. Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities and parts used. Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 1+ year of professional experience in electrical maintenance or a related field. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems. HVAC Exposure: Familiarity with AHUs (Air Handling Units), chillers, or split AC systems. Tools: Proficiency using multimeters, circuit testers, and standard hand/power tools. Physical Ability: Must be comfortable working at heights (ladders/lifts) and lifting up to 50 lbs. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certification or ITI in Electrical Trade is highly preferred.
