Electrical Supervisor

As an Electrical Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and supervise the execution of electrical projects at various industrial sites in Kerala. You will be required to interpret and implement work based on electrical drawings, layouts, and technical datasheets. Daily site operations, managing the workforce, and coordinating with subcontractors and clients will also be part of your role. It is essential to ensure that all works are completed on time while maintaining safety and quality standards. You will be expected to provide technical guidance to site teams and independently resolve any site-related challenges that may arise. Regular travel to project sites across Kerala will be necessary to fulfill the requirements of this position. To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical project execution. While any educational background is acceptable, a strong field knowledge is crucial for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling electrical projects independently from inception to completion. A good understanding of electrical drawings and technical specifications is also required. Additionally, you must be willing to travel frequently to various project locations within Kerala. In return, we offer a competitive salary package ranging from 30,000 to 40,000 based on your experience and capabilities.
