This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

The Electrical Supervisor will oversee day-to-day electrical installation, ELV work, maintenance operations, and project activities. The role involves supervising technicians, ensuring safety compliance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all electrical systems and equipment operate efficiently.

You will also oversee preventive maintenance programs and ensure timely completion of projects.

✔ Manage Electrical, ELV, and Earthing projects

✔ Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and engineering teams

✔ Prepare and review electrical drawings, layouts & schematics

✔ Supervise and guide junior staff & electricians

✔ Ensure compliance with safety and client-specific standards

✔ Ability to work outside NCR when required

🎓 Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

💼 4–6 years of relevant experience

🔌 Strong understanding of earthing systems, lightning arresters & energy-saving solutions

🧠 Knowledge of testing, commissioning & preventive maintenance (preferred)

💬 Excellent communication & coordination skills

💻 Proficiency in MS Office & documentation tools
