As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising electrical installation activities, which include laying and dressing cables, ferruling, and termination according to schedules. It is essential to ensure that all documentation is properly maintained, and progress reports are accurately recorded. Collaboration with procurement and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of electrical supplies and materials is crucial. Implementing cost-effective measures to control project expenses without compromising quality standards is also expected. Reporting and documentation play a significant role in this position. You will be responsible for preparing daily progress reports, work schedules, and manpower allocation plans. Documenting electrical work activities, installation procedures, test results, and quality inspections is necessary. Communication of project updates, challenges, and achievements to project managers and stakeholders is also essential. Safety and quality assurance are paramount in this role.
