You are a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter who will play a vital role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process within our team. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough research to identify potential candidates, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. You will be responsible for managing candidate data efficiently using recruiting software tools and engaging with candidates through cold calling and outreach efforts. Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates is key to providing them with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. You will communicate effectively with the hiring team to ensure transparency and alignment, while also collaborating with colleagues to enhance recruiting strategies. Ideally, you should have proven experience in Engineering/Utility recruitment or a related field. Strong research and sourcing skills are essential, along with proficiency in recruitment software tools like Recruiter Flow and Ceipal. Your ability to negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and communicate clearly and professionally will be crucial in this role. Flexibility to work within the US Eastern Time Zone and experience with US-based recruiting will be advantageous. You should be comfortable working on time-sensitive deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
