Electrical Site Engineer

As a Solar Project Supervisor, your role involves supervising and executing rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects at the site. You will be responsible for managing the installation, commissioning, and testing of solar PV systems. Your coordination with internal teams such as design, sales, and procurement is crucial to ensure the smooth execution of projects. It is important to uphold safety standards, conduct quality checks, and ensure timely project completion. Additionally, you will be conducting site surveys, preparing feasibility reports, and maintaining Daily Progress Reports (DPRs). Handling on-site technical troubleshooting and client coordination during execution will be part of your responsibilities. Efficient management of site manpower and subcontractors is essential for project success. Qualifications required for this role include a Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering. You should have 1 to 3 years of experience in Solar PV project execution and must have previously worked on solar rooftop or ground-mounted projects. The role requires you to be willing to work at project sites in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) and nearby regions. Basic knowledge of electrical drawings, inverters, structures, and commissioning processes is necessary. Strong leadership and communication skills will be beneficial for effectively managing the site and coordinating with the team.
