Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical Site Engineer located in Bharatpur. The Electrical Site Engineer will oversee and manage electrical installations and related projects. Responsibilities include supervising site activities, collaborating with clients and contractors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, troubleshooting technical issues, and preparing progress reports. The engineer will ensure the execution of work complies with project specifications, timelines, and budget requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical system design, installation, and maintenance
• The ability to manage site operations, coordinate with team members, and ensure project deadlines are met
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and other relevant software tools
• Understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and electrical codes
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills
• Effective communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to adapt and remain productive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Relevant work experience in electrical projects, with hands-on knowledge of site management
