Key responsibilities

• Supervision: Oversee and monitor daily electrical construction activities to ensure they align with project specifications and drawings.
• Installation and Testing: Supervise the installation of electrical systems and components, then conduct thorough testing and commissioning to verify functionality and safety.
• Problem-solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during installation and maintenance.
• Documentation: Prepare and review technical documentation, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
• Coordination: Liaise with contractors, suppliers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow and timely completion.
• Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety protocols, electrical codes, and environmental standards.
• Resource Management: Assist with material planning, resource allocation, and the scheduling of electrical works.

Required qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is typically required.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical control panels, power distribution, lighting, and control systems is essential.
