Electrical Sales Engineer

As a Business Development Manager specializing in Electrical Wires & Cables, Switch Gears, Motors, Lighting, and Solar, you will be responsible for driving growth in our trading business. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a strong technical foundation, ideally holding a BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. The ideal candidate will possess proven expertise in sales and business development within the electrical industry and demonstrate strategic thinking, client relationship building skills, and the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating and prospecting leads by identifying potential clients and projects through research, networking, and industry connections. Qualifying leads and converting them into long-term business opportunities. - Managing client relationships by establishing and maintaining strong, lasting connections. Conducting client meetings, delivering product presentations, and negotiating commercial terms. - Conducting market research to monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs. Developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives. - Driving sales and revenue growth by consistently achieving or surpassing assigned sales targets and Key Performance Indicators. Creating and delivering technical-commercial proposals and presentations. Negotiating contracts and closing high-value deals. - Collaborating with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure sales success. Providing accurate reports on sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
