Electrical Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer at Allied Commercial Agencies Pvt. Ltd., headquartered in Patna, your role involves driving sales of electrical products, building customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be responsible for lead generation, customer visits, handling technical queries, and supporting project execution. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new business opportunities through referrals, field surveys, and industry networks. - Promote and sell products from leading brands. - Design/edit electrical systems for buildings and power distribution networks. - Utilize analytical thinking skills. - Proficiency in computer operations including email, tendering, Word/Excel, and simple software operation. - Conduct client visits, presentations, and technical discussions. - Maintain relationships with existing clients and expand customer base. - Support order execution and coordinate with the project team. - Address customer complaints and provide after-sales support. - Travel within assigned zones for client engagement.
