About the Role

Seqronics India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Female Electrical Procurement/Purchase Engineer to manage sourcing, purchase, and vendor coordination for electrical and automation components. This role is ideal for candidates who understand electrical items and enjoy technical coordination in a fast-paced production environment.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates only
• Diploma / BE in Electrical or Electronics (Mandatory)
• 1+ year experience in procurement, purchase, or material coordination (Electrical/Industrial/Automation domain preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation & follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & Email communication

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Process Purchase Requests (PRs) and prepare Purchase Orders (POs)
• Source and evaluate suppliers for electrical items, control panels, sensors, switches, cables, motors, automation components, etc.
• Compare technical specifications and ensure materials match project requirements
• Coordinate closely with the Production & Electrical Design Teams for material planning
• Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and track delivery timelines
• Follow up with vendors for dispatches, invoices, and pending materials
• Resolve material discrepancies with stores/production
• Maintain procurement documentation and support internal/external audits
• Maintain vendor database and assist with onboarding new suppliers

₹2,50,000 – ₹5,00,000 per year (Based on experience)
