Position: Electrical Purchase Engineer cum Project Coordinator

Location: Pune Pimpri Chinchwad (Head Office)

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 per month

Qualification: B. Tech / B.E / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Roles & Responsibilities

Purchase & Procurement

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical items such as

  Transformers, HT Panels, LT Panels, Cables, Switchgears

  , etc.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers for electrical materials and equipment.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Prepare and analyze

  rate comparison and technical comparison statements

  .
• Place purchase orders and manage the end-to-end procurement process to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, inventory, and vendor documentation.
• Ensure all purchased materials comply with required

  quality standards and technical specifications

  .
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.
• Working knowledge of

  SAP system

  for purchase and inventory management.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate closely with project teams and other departments to understand material requirements and ensure timely availability.
• Assist in

  planning and scheduling

  of project timelines, scope, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, manage changes, and report status updates to stakeholders.
• Provide

  technical support and guidance

  to project teams on electrical-related matters.

Government Projects & Billing

• Sound knowledge of

  electrical works related to Government projects

  .
• Experience in

  electrical billing

  ,

  joint measurements with clients

  , and preparation of

  abstract sheets

  .
• Prepare and maintain

  Material Reconciliation Statements (MRS)

  .
• Coordinate with site engineers, clients, and consultants for smooth execution and documentation.
