P&M Head Third party pay role

Position Title:

Qualification Requirements

• Diploma or Graduation in

  Mechanical Engineering

  or

  Electrical Engineering

  from a recognized institute.

Experience

• Minimum

  10 years of relevant experience

  in Plant & Machinery management.
• Prior experience at large industrial, infrastructure, manufacturing, or construction project sites will be preferred.
  
• Experience handling P&M operations.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Overall management, operation, and maintenance of plant and machinery at the project site.
  
• Planning and scheduling deployment of machinery as per project requirements.
  
• Ensuring preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
  
• Coordination with vendors, contractors, and service providers for machinery repair and servicing.
  
• Maintaining records of machinery usage, maintenance logs, fuel consumption, and compliance documentation.
  
• Ensuring adherence to safety standards and statutory requirements related to machinery.
  
• Supporting project execution by ensuring availability and optimal utilization of equipment.
  
• Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues related to plant and machinery.
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
  
• Hands-on experience with heavy equipment and site machinery.
  
• Ability to manage multiple machines and teams simultaneously.
  
• Good coordination and communication skills.
  
• Awareness of safety, compliance, and preventive maintenance practices.
