Engineer - Electrical ( MEP )

• Understanding of dependencies, problems posed and available resolutions
• Review BOQ, Drawings and specifications to ensure correctness of details
• Co-ordination and liaison with Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Engineers with regard to design aspects related to MEP
• Field inspection, testing and commissioning
• Coordinate for approval of shop drawings and technical data sheets of MEP works
• Planning and design in the areas of MEP systems including developing standards and inspection procedures for MEP matters
• Overall responsibility of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, CCTV, Security Systems, etc
• of the projects
• Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all HV and LV Panels, Cables, Transformers, DG Sets etc
• Review and provide design inputs on Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom Systems, CCTV, Security and Safety Systems
• Monitoring of installation works to ensure compliance with processes
• Producing of sub-subcontractor tender information i.e, scope of works, interfaces schedules, pricing schedules, demarcations
• Managing of procurement of sub-subcontractors packages in line with business and project strategies/plans
• Understand the Engineering drawings and plan actions
• Carry out Electrical utility maintenance (AMC and spare management) by making plan on monthly basis and review on daily basis for execution, and check post completion of maintenance activity
• Prepare schedule and ensure adherence for periodic
• Managing of sub-subcontractors scope via a profit and loss reporting including attendance in project level package commercial reviews
• Managing of sub-subcontractors package risk register and weekly dependency schedule production to progress works in line with programme
• Monitoring recording and challenging of weekly look ahead plan for resource and progress
• Monitoring and auditing of MEP installation works to ensure compliance with construction status drawings i.e, line and level throughout the installation duration, spot checks to be undertaken
• Attending commissioning meetings with detailed knowledge of programme, issues and resolutions.
