Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:Plan, install, operate, and maintain electrical systems for OE spinning machinery, compressors, humidification plants, blowers, and utilities. Monitor and maintain transformers, HT/LT panels, DG sets, VFD drives, motors, lighting systems, and power distribution. Troubleshoot electrical issues to minimize downtime and improve machine efficiency. Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance schedules are followed. Maintain proper records of energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and audit requirements. Coordinate with production and mechanical maintenance teams for smooth operations. Handle new project electrical installations, machine erection, and commissioning. Train and guide technicians and electricians in day-to-day activities. Qualifications & Experience:Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering. 3–8 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in textile spinning / OE mills. Hands-on knowledge of electrical panels, VFDs, PLCs, and automation systems. Strong knowledge of HT/LT power distribution and safety protocols.
