Roles and Responsibilities: Manage and maintain IT assets including desktops, laptops, and networking equipment. Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and related peripherals. Monitor and maintain CCTV camera systems and ensure proper recording and functionality. Perform routine maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic equipment in the office. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, servicing, and procurement. Maintain inventory of IT and electrical assets and ensure timely updates. Provide technical support to staff for day-to-day IT issues. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in all maintenance activities.
