Role Description

Solar Electrical Engineer / Personal Assistant

This unique role blends engineering knowledge with administrative support, offering the opportunity to contribute to project success while assisting in the smooth coordination of daily business activities

Qualifications

• Design and review solar PV systems, including inverter and battery selection.
• Ensure compliance with

  Australian Standards (AS 4777, AS/NZS 5033)

  and

  Clean Energy Council (CEC)

  guidelines.
• Provide technical support and documentation for installation teams.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain accuracy and clarity in documentation and reports.

Other Requirements

• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Office

  tools including

  Excel, Word, and Outlook

  .
• Familiarity with

  CRM platforms

  such as

  ClickUp

  and

  HubSpot

  .
• Willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest trends in the

  solar industry

  , especially with tools like

  OpenSolar

  .
• Basic knowledge of

  Microsoft platforms/software

  will be considered an added advantage.
