Full job description
* Operate, monitor, and maintain all equipment and utilities (HVAC, AHU, compressors, water systems, etc.) as per SOPs.
* Ensure preventive maintenance, calibration, and breakdown maintenance are carried out timely.
* Maintain logbooks, records, and reports for all equipment and utilities.
* Participate in equipment installation, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and validation activities.
* Support new equipment installation, commissioning, and validation.
* Coordinate with vendors and contractors for project execution and maintenance activities.
* Ensure energy efficiency and cost-effective operation of plant utilities.
* Prepare and maintain engineering-related documentation as per GMP and regulatory standards.
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory norms.
* Participate in internal and external audits; address engineering-related observations.
Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in engineering/maintenance in a pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
Knowledge Required:
cGMP, WHO, USFDA, MHRA guidelines
Equipment qualification and validation
HVAC systems, water systems (PW/WFI), and utility operations
Documentation and audit handling
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
