Role Overview

designing, executing, and supervising electrical systems

JDEE_YS (2)


Key Responsibilities

  • Design electric propulsion and onboard electrical distribution systems
  • Prepare engineering drawings, SLDs, layouts, and wiring diagrams
  • Perform electrical load calculations and equipment sizing
  • Support site installation, testing, and commissioning
  • Ensure quality compliance, inspections, and documentation (QA/QP)
  • Coordinate with project teams, OEMs, and clients


Requirements

  • Experience:

    3–4 years in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum

    1 year in marine projects

  • Education:

    B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering
  • Preferred:

    MEP Certification or equivalent
  • Willingness to travel (India & international)


Technical Skills

  • AutoCAD – 2D drafting & schematics (

    mandatory

    )
  • MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems & marine safety standards
  • Exposure to 3D tools (SketchUp / AutoCAD 3D / Rhino) – added advantage


Preferred Exposure

  • Battery systems, BMS, VFDs, DC charging
  • Marine-rated electrical equipment
  • Classification standards (IRS, DNV, BV)
  • Sustainable energy & electric mobility projects
