Position: Electrical Site Engineer
Experience: 6–12 years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Electrical Site Engineer to oversee on-site electrical installations, execution, and maintenance activities. The role requires coordinating with contractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing project timelines for smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

• Execute and supervise electrical installation works such as cabling, wiring, panels, lighting, earthing, conduits, and equipment installation.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of activities.

2. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, vendors, and client representatives.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on work progress.
• Resolve site-related issues promptly and escalate if needed.

3. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and safety at the site.
• Verify materials, tools, and equipment delivered to the site.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily progress reports, material consumption logs, and site documentation.
• Review and verify contractor bills and measurement sheets.
• Maintain updated records of installation and tests.

5. Testing & Commissioning

• Conduct testing of electrical systems such as continuity, insulation resistance, and load checks.
• Support commissioning activities and ensure proper functioning of all systems.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
• Good understanding of safety procedures and electrical standards
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
