Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the Solar Energy Site at Bikaner.
Monitor, maintain, and optimize performance of solar/renewable energy systems.
Ensure reliable electrical operations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate between Alwar head office and site teams to achieve project and operational goals.
Prepare and maintain technical reports, documentation, and compliance records.
Implement safety standards and regulatory requirements at the site.
Lead and support technicians and contractors working on site.

Desired Candidate Profile

B.Tech in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
5–10 years of proven experience in
Solar Energy / Renewable Energy projects
.
Strong knowledge of solar plant operations, electrical systems, and site management.
Ability to handle multi-site coordination and reporting.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Work Location

Base Location: Alwar (with frequent site visits to Bikaner).
