KRA/Job Description
§ Plan, develop, and test components, equipment, and systems to ensure they’re safe, reliable, and comply with requirements
§ Maintain equipment, systems, and components to ensure their performance and capacity
§ Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, systems, and applications
§ Develop test plans and perform tests on electrical circuitry, equipment, and systems
§ Perform maintenance on electrical circuitry, equipment, and systems
§ Direct the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, components, and equipment
§ Procure materials, supplies, equipment, and services
§ Assemble and disassemble electrical systems, components, and equipment
§ Assist in the preparation of cost estimates
§ Maintain and improve engineering skills and techniques
§ Plan, schedule, and evaluate projects
§ Direct research, development, and design of electrical
§ Ensure project stays within budget and timeline constraints.
§ Assisting with recruitment, training, and onboarding.
§ Ensuring a safe, positive work environment.
Qualifications Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering discipline together with Professional Engineer status.
