Electrical Engineer – Maintenance & Troubleshooting

About the Role:

Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Perform
maintenance and troubleshooting
of
APFC panels
, CNC machines (lathe, milling), and other electrical equipment.
Handle
PLC systems
(preferably
Fanuc
) for diagnostics and minor programming tasks.
Maintain and repair
motor control circuits
— VFDs, soft starters, and star-delta starter systems.
Conduct
preventive and breakdown maintenance
for all plant electrical systems.
Manage
transformer
,
DG set
, and
LT/HT panel
operations.
Oversee
industrial lighting
and
earthing system
maintenance.
Read and interpret
electrical drawings and schematics
.
Implement
energy monitoring and power-saving measures
to optimize plant efficiency.
Maintain detailed
maintenance logs
, shift reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with
electrical safety
and
LOTO procedures
during all maintenance activities.

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering.
2–6 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance (CNC / manufacturing preferred).
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, and safety protocols.
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repair activities.
Good communication and reporting skills.
