This role will be responsible for: As a Engineer- Motor Design, you will lead development of various motors (Stepper motor, Induction Motor, BLDC, SRM, IPM, PMDC and electrically commuted Hybrid motors) motor based energy efficient home appliances

✔ Very good working knowledge of any kind of electrical Motor.

✔ Excellent communication and comfortable to handle clients independently.

✔ Have a strong practical as well as theoretical knowledge of designing and developments of electrical motors.

Roles and Responsibilities

✔ Simulate, analyze and design various motors for product application.

✔ Lead design, prototyping and validation of motors.

✔ Experiment, test, validate and document designed motors within set timelines and cost.

✔ Design motor testing benches and setups.

Key Skills:

* Sound knowledge in magnetics design.

* Experience in FE analysis Machine losses and minimization.

* Winding methods Material properties. Thermal design Experience on Analysis tools like FEM and equivalent motor design software tools.

* Good knowledge in the design of single, three phase 4 Phase, 5 Phase Stepper Motor, AC induction motor, BLDC motor, PMSM motors and components including windings, laminations, magnets, insulation systems, electric drive circuitry, harness and connectors.

* Ability to integrate the motor with hardware, testing and validation of the complete product.

* Strong trouble shooting skills in motor application.

* Hands on tools like Ansys RMxprt*, Motor Cad*, Maxwell*

* Understanding and experience of all mechanical aspects that influence the design of rotating electrical machines. This would extend to familiarity with CAD analysis tools

* Basic knowledge of manufacturing and assembly techniques of rotating electrical machines

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems

* Strong understanding of fundamental physic

* Gone through the lifecycle of motor design, prototype, manufacturing and post-production of motors

Required Experience and Qualifications:

* 1-3 Years of Experience.

Software Skills:

Candidat must know and having strong knowledgein the following software's

Ansys RMxprt*, Motor Cad*, Maxwell*, FEMM, Jmag, Emetor

Education:

• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech
