Electrical / Electronics Engineer

We are seeking a versatile Electrical / Automation Engineer with expertise in Production (Assembly & Wiring),Panel Design & Estimation and Basic PLC Programming. The role involves handling the complete lifecycle of control panels and automation systems, from design to execution and testing. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of electrical systems, industrial components, and automation basics. Key Responsibilities: Design and prepare electrical control panel drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOM using AutoCAD/ECAD. Prepare cost estimation, quotations, and technical proposals as per project requirements. Supervise panel assembly, wiring, and integration, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Conduct inspections and testing of panels during and after production. Develop and modify basic PLC programs, perform I/O configuration, and support commissioning. Troubleshoot wiring, electrical, and control system issues during production and site execution. Coordinate with procurement, stores, and project teams for timely material and project completion. Maintain proper documentation of designs, estimations, wiring layouts, and PLC configurations. Requirements Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering. Knowledge of panel design, control circuits, and wiring practices. Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or similar design tools. Basic experience in PLC programming (Ladder Logic, basic HMI configuration). Familiarity with industrial components (MCBs, relays, contactors, VFDs, PLCs, SMPS, etc.). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team. Good communication and documentation skills.
